| Mailing List Electronic Through our electronic mailing list we inform students, the University community, and the community at large of departmental activities, Spanish and Latin American news of general interest, and Spanish and LAS related scholarship and job opportunities. To subscribe to the mailing list, send an email message to majordomo@louisiana.edu. Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message, starting on the first space of the first line, write subscribe latin using no punctuation marks or capitals. Do not sign the message, or write anything in it except subscribe latin. You should receive a message saying you have successfully subscribed to latin@louisiana.edu. You will then begin receiving our mail. If you do not receive a message saying you have successfully subscribed, contact us and we will help you. To remove yourself from the list, follow the same directions, using the word 'unsubscribe' instead of 'subscribe.' As a member of the list, you may also send messages to latin@louisiana.edu. These messages should be limited to announcements or questions related to Spanish and Latin American Studies. Commercial messages are blocked from the list and it does not take attachments. You can, however, post flyers to a website and send the URL to the list. |
