H-Mexico Excellent resources for historians of Mexico, including a discussion list.  H-Mexico is a project of the larger organization H-Net, which works to expand Internet resources in the humanities and social sciences.

Latin American National Archives A service of UNESCO. Links to national archives of  twelve countries.
LIBRO Library of Iberian Resources Online - Primary documents, full text, on the history of the Iberian Peninsula, emphasizing the Middle Ages.  University of Central Arkansas.

GOVERNMENT

Archivos Españoles en Red Census, state archives in general, law, and more.
Council on Hemispheric Affairs COHA, a respected research organization, monitors current diplomatic,  economic and policy  issues in the Western Hemisphere.  Site provides in depth analysis of current and ongoing issues.
Political Database of the Americas Compiled at Georgetown University. Reference materials and primary documents, including constitutions, electoral data, an data for the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of government, for all Latin American and Caribbean countries.

FOREIGN POLICY AND HUMAN RIGHTS

Americas Program - IRC (USA) Produces policy reports, issue briefs, political commentary, and popular education materials on current affairs in the Americas, particularly related to foreign policy. Site gives access to the journal Foreign Policy in Focus, the Border Information Outreach Service, back issues of the journal Borderlines, an archive of publications and back articles in Spanish, and other projects.
