American Institute of Foreign Study Regular undergraduate programs to Argentina and Spain, short program to Costa Rica. Offers a variety of partial scholarships, including minority scholarships.
Fulbright Faculty Programs CIES page. Detailed information for faculty and institutions.
Institute for International Education (IIE). Administers educational exchange programs of the U.S. Department of State, including the Fulbright Student Program, the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, and the David L. Boren Awards for international study in critical language areas.

Rotary Foundation The Academic Year Ambassadorial Scholarship provides funding for one academic year of study in another country. The Cultural Ambassadorial Scholarship funds either three or six months of intensive Spanish or Portuguese language study and cultural immersion in another country. There are also fellowships for teachers and other professionals.

International Education Financial Aid Scholarships and financial aid information for international students.
UCLA Scholarship Resource Center Most information is applicable to non-UC as well as UC students.
