David Boren Fellowships Can be used for study in Latin America.
Ford Foundation International fellowships designed primarily for graduate

National Security Education
Program Provides scholarships for study abroad in
all countries except Western Europe, Canada, Australia, and
New Zealand.
Rotary Foundation The Academic
Year Ambassadorial Scholarship provides funding for one
academic year of study in another country. The Cultural
Ambassadorial Scholarship funds either three or six months of
intensive Spanish or Portuguese language study and cultural
immersion in another country. There are also fellowships for
teachers and other professionals.
